I had the steak and a salad ,it was delicious!My friend had the chicken Parmigiano, he had red wine,and I had a great Reisling wine. He used Mohegan Choice credits to pay,and the equivalent would be approximately $50 each for dinner and $150 for the wine. A bit on the high side,but if you are looking for an elegant ,but slightky casual place,its romantic and at the same time has gambling rooms for larger groups ,and machines inside! Twice they've had live music,on the weekend, sort of jazz. The service was excellent, and timely and the dessert was excellent.“

“My husband and I visited S & P Oyster Co. on our honeymoon, and it truly could not have been a more exquisite experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. We started with fresh oysters on the half shell, pan-seared octopus, and pan-seared scallops, each dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely outstanding. For our entrées, we enjoyed the sesame-encrusted yellowfin tuna and the homemade squid ink pasta, both of which were exceptional in flavor and quality. Our waiter, Jeff, made the night even more memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind, offering wonderful recommendations and never rushing us. The drinks were fantastic as well and complemented the meal perfectly. S & P Oyster Co. gave us a honeymoon dinner we will never forget. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return. “Just enjoyed amazing cocktails (Gimlet and Curry Barbados) and Nosh (mushrooms had amazing flavor, Korean fried chicken sandwich, salty and delicious, empanadas crisp and yummy) from their Happy Hour menu which is being expanded from 4:00 to 6:00. On Tuesday starting at 6:30 or 7:00 is a jazz quartet which we sadly had to miss but will definitely be back. Our waitress Claire was darling and very informative. Bartender was spectacular!“

“I recently hosted a bridal shower at Mix in Mystic, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire event was beautiful, seamless, and so well done.

The food was absolutely perfect, and the staff did an outstanding job consistently replenishing the buffet so everything stayed fresh and plentiful throughout the event. The service was top notch—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our guests had a great experience. They served with smiles and made everyone feel welcome.

A special thank you to Brittany, the Events Manager, who was incredible to work with. She was responsive, organized, easy to communicate with, and so helpful throughout the planning process. She made everything stress-free, especially when it came to dietary restrictions and providing alternative food options for guests, and was a huge part of why the day went so smoothly.

The downtown Mystic location and beautiful view from the restaurant added so much to the atmosphere of the event and made the day feel even more special.
