We had an all day meeting at Mohegan Sun and this gentleman took my order of 9 orders and displayed exceptional customer service by going an extra mile with writing names on each order and taking the time to get each order correct and he also helped me deliver the order due to it was so big. I appreciate this kind of service that truly deserves a tip and kudos. Great job Jadiel!! You rock“
“A bit expensive, but customer service is always very good and so are the drinks. The staff are quick, professional and friendly. I've always been impressed. I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I'd rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.“
