“I visited Nashville, TN last year with friends, and have been trying to find a similar spicy chicken sandwich. I stopped by the Tin Peddler in North Stonington after work for takeout and decided to try the "Nashville Chicken", with tangy slaw, pickles, kewpie mayo, and a homemade bun. It was everything I could have imagined in the first bite. Spicy and delicious! The fries were an added bonus. Looking forward to going back with friends to try more items on the menu.”

It was our first trip there for our anniversary referred to by word of mouth and we were not disappointed!!!! The owner worked the floor with his crew, cleared some dishes, and I didn't realize he was the owner until later! “You get what you pay for and at Buttonwood you're getting very fresh ice cream that is locally made along with some tremendous flavors and you're paying a premium price for it. Cheap ice cream comes with a cheap price and you can find that in the freezer section of your local grocery store. The staff are always kind and they do their best to keep the lines moving, which can get very long in the summer months. They offer sundaes as well as waffle cones and traditional cones and bowls. The atmosphere is fantastic because you're outside, enjoying the beautiful views of their fields and very often watching the cows walk around eating the grass while you enjoy ice cream with your family or friends.”

The food is very affordable and if reviewed, I have no doubt that Michelin would give it a “Bib Gourmand” badge. This place is well known for their pizza and for a good reason- pizza is made inside a historic brick column with many ingredients being local.All minors in my family were given delicious cookies upon entry. Not one employee there was even slightly bitter and half the employees were smiling even without guests around. Unique brewery made beer available on tap. Smoking guidelines are unclear and unenforced. Live music occurs twice a week. If you come here consider joining the “mug club” it is a subscription where you have a designated chilled mug that is easy to get to and you can get free beers!Food just as good as environment and all food is made after order.Summary: get your butt up and come here”

“My husband and I picked this place to try and we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge. We had the NE clam chowder and fritters for an appetizer and both were loaded with clams and the chowder was so creamy. For our dinner we both had the prime rib it was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing. Our server Dee was also great she checked in with us and was super sweet. We will definitely be going back again.”

“The menu was limited. I got the 3 course meal, scallops for appetiezer, beef wellington and lobster tail for the main course, and the desert was a pudding. The person i was with got a burger and cheesecake for desert. Everything was cooked perfectly, even the fries The beef wellington was great, im not a huge fan of the dish but it was worth it. My friend enjoyed their burger. We really loved the deserts! I would go back again.”

“I thoroughly enjoy going to this location (Plainfield). Coffee is far better than Dunkin' Donuts. The muffins, omg let's talk about the muffins! The orange cranberry is to die for. I believe everything is made fresh at this location and you can taste it. Their donuts are amazing as well. They are always offering specialty donuts like a lucky charm, Oreo, or holiday inspired offerings. Their bagels are soft, flavorful, and big. You're not getting a tiny grocery store bagel here. I have to compliment the management because the ladies working here are always kind, smiling, and fast working. They train their staff right! There is plenty of seating which seems to be an underutilized part of many coffee shops since 2020. The music isn't too loud and you'll be treated with the wonderful aroma of baked goods and coffee the moment the door opens and you enter”

Was in and out quickly and they even provided me an extra cup of frosting.I only wish they were more in the casino rather than Tanger as it's quite a walk from where we were to get there and the stall that used to sell them on the other end of the mall area was closed down, likely due to low traffic in that area.”

I made a few changes along the way and they were so quick to accommodate and make sure I got what I wanted. The guests loved the cake and the dessert platters (they were gone in seconds I barely had time to try them all myself)! It was perfect. Exactly how I imagined it.”

“I will say I've been going here since about 2022. By far very good. And I've had Chinese before elsewhere and the crab rangoon here is perfect. It's not that puff pastry stuff that's flaky and falls apart. it's good. Some places usually have it salty this is not the case. Very fresh hot food. I've had the beef broccoli and the chicken with vegetables myself. Awesome. The family is nice. If there's any bad reviews they just Karen's that go out and wreck everything.. do not listen to them.”

Chris works magic in the kitchen, and every dish is fantastic. Definitely order a grapefruit martini, with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! Or, ask the bartender to whip up any other martini you can think of.”

My husband had the roasted half chicken and thought it was delicious, he only wished it had crispier skin. French onion soup was 8/10 (nice touch with the fried onions on top!) and the bacon appetizer was top notch. The waiter was so nice and attentive, and provided us with complimentary champagne for our anniversary, and comped our piecaken just because!! Such a great experience! Highly recommend”
