“Bourassa went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. The communication and planning was thorough and organized and made sure nothing went unaccounted for. The tasting was incredible with some many amazing options to choose from, it was honestly hard to pick because everything was so amazing. Leading up to the wedding the team made sure every detail was covered, making sure all guests had safe options despite multiple allergies and sensitivities. It put our mind at ease knowing all of our guests could easily find something safe and delicious to eat. The food and service on our wedding day was beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive to guest needs, the food and drinks were incredible, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Most couple often say they barley have time to eat on their wedding day, and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. The staff made sure we had drinks and food whenever we needed and I'm so glad that was the case because all of the food was outstanding. I have had multiple guests rave about how good the food was. I have many engaged friends now inquiring about who we had for catering because they do not want to miss out on hiring Bourassa. I simply cannot recommend Bourassa enough and look forward to hiring them for all of my future events, you cannot go wrong picking them to be apart of your wedding or special event!!“

“We had BGT for my son’s graduation party yesterday. Everything was wonderful . The pizza was delicious, so many varieties. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Our guests were all impressed and couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the pizza was!! Will definitely use them again for any other events! Highly recommend !!“

“I had a great experience from the Old World Pizza Truck at a recent party. I thought I had seen everything possible on a pizza but there pizza topping combos were different, fresh and above all, delicious. The wood fired gluten free pizza was the best I ever had and the coffee & Gelato were a perfect ending. The Staff were friendly, helpful and great. “Just attended a wedding at this venue. There were 3 weddings on the grounds. Driving in was a little confusing as the 1st weddings was doing photos in the driveway once you turn in. It was difficult to drive around them, and we didn't know there were 3 weddings, so it was confusing. Once figured out our wedding was in the back, we moved forward and only then saw valets directing traffic -which was later than was actually helpful.
Once we got onto the grounds, it's beautiful. And yes you do see other weddings, but you are not on top of each other and each wedding had separate space.

The venue is lovely -there's a windmill on a small lake, there's a massive fireplace. It's stunning.

Food was delicious -the appetizers were incredible. Service was fantastic -what a wonderful staff!

“We worked with Karen and her amazing team including her talented head chef Tess for our wedding in Summer 2024, and I literally could not recommend them more highly. We had a complex multi-cultural wedding and we wanted to do something special for our food, so floated the idea of Korean-style rice bowls with delicious mains and tons of vegetables and sauces to Karen. To our delight, she was super energized by the idea and SKBT did everything they possibly could to ensure that our food was absolutely phenomenal and unique, down to the tiniest of details. They also made their own vegan kimchi, which my Korean family complimented highly. Over and over again we heard from our guests how the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and one dear friend said, “this isn’t wedding food, this is HUMAN food” which is exactly what we wanted. Karen and SKBT are competent, creative, detail-oriented, and heartful professionals and we were so excited to work with them to give our loved ones the best meal we could with our budget. “Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. Very organized, clean and so delicious! Wonderful people to talk to! Then they have other services like Gelato Giuliana-between the pizza and the gelato-it is the best of New Haven! “Carmela Marie catered our wedding on 9/27/25 and this review is long overdue. We first established a relationship with John and Betsy, and were thoroughly impressed by our private food tasting. Janalynne became our POC in the few months leading up to the wedding, and her communication and attentiveness was absolutely phenomenal. To this day, people cannot stop talking about the food at our wedding - especially the filet mignon!! We truly could not believe how many offerings we got to select from their buffet package. We had a few individuals allergic to gluten and our menu was almost entirely gluten free. Don’t even get me started on the dessert options we got to select. Our wedding was a bit unconventional, as it was at held at a camp (our reception is the first photo when you search them on Google), but that did not deter or disinterest them from providing excellent service. “My husband and I had our wedding catered by David Alan Hospitality in December of 2023. The food was absolutely amazing! This is a team of wonderful chefs and hospitality professionals. We had so much fun at both our tastings and would've been so happy with anything off of their fantastic menu. Our guests could not stop telling us how wonderful the food was all night! We had a buffet setup which was perfect for our 60 guests and two signature cocktails which we both agreed were the best version of those drinks we'd ever had! One of the best parts about working with this group though is the staff. Jenaya was excellent. She was so easy to work with and helped us create the best menu for our wedding day. She and the other hospitality staff really made our night. We could see throughout the night what an excellent job they did of taking care of our friends and family. There was also one staff member who was dedicated to us throughout the evening. We're sorry to say we don't remember her name, but we never wanted anything throughout the whole event. We had drinks in our hands right after our ceremony, plates filled with all of our cocktail hour snacks in our dressing room, and dinner on our plates filled with all the selections from our buffet before anyone else. It felt like the perfect amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. Truly a perfect experience.“

“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

“Afro-Tina came to my wedding on Saturday, October 8th. Their food is so delicious! The empanadas (including tres leches), jerk salmon, sazon chicken, and bbq cauliflower were excellent! Not only is their food flavorful, their staff is super friendly. I can’t thank Ohioma enough for his help. He made me feel at ease. If you choose to go with Afro-Tina, you will be in good hands.
