“The 'food preparer's' here deserve to be called chefs. Service employees were nice and easy to work with.I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. All the ingredients from the bread to every last pepper and onion slice to the dressing was fresh tasting- which is especially important with vegetarian food. The sandwich was well made and proportioned so I didn't find myself taking bites that were only bread and humus. The ingredients went along really well together too. The restaurant has good choices/options.The cookies are great. The Kitchen Sink cookie is a little pricey but tends to be the size of 2-3 average cookies in one (they're very thick).The bagels are excellent too. So far I've only bought the Cinnamon Crunch but I'll be going back to try the others.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options have ingredients and choices that compliment them well. Staff prepares food well.Parking: It can be difficult to find the closest parking lot to the Panera in the dark because there's so many lots and other stores and not really good lighting.“
“The best most inviting atmosphere with the kindest workers. Twice they’ve given us free items off their menu out of kindness. Me and my friends frequented the place after school school almost everyday. The bagels are delicious and they have a variety of other things that will satisfy your cravings. Check out this place whenever your in Waterbury.“
“A very unique and a nice place to stop. They only have take out but have a nice selection in the refrigerated case & offer hot soup to go with a choice of a roll or crackers. The soups are delicious! The staff is friendly and they offer cookies and sweet treats as well! I definitely recommend ?“
“So this place is a little gold mine. Does a great business with a mass of loyal local customers. Inside it's dated and a bit dirty. Very limited seating. Food is ordinary and reminds me of something that would come out of an average family's kitchen. I ordered a simple egg sandwich on rye toast with a large coffee and the bill was $8.16!!! Are you kidding me??? Way overpriced for what I got!!“
“We stopped by today after a long walk- the arrangements were fantastic. The flavors are listed outside on an A frame sign, lots of clear, easy to read signs about how to order. Staff was super friendly and happy to help. The kids enjoyed the ice cream! :) Thank you guys! Nicely done! :)“
“A guy at work slipped me a Colombian cheese bun one morning and I’ve thought about it everyday since. I went at noon. It’s still amazing but I’d suggest getting it as close to out of the oven as possible. I can’t wait to go though the rest of there menu.“
“My husband and I have ordered from here several times. He always gets the same thing and it's delicious every time (boneless spare rib combo). I order around the menu and I've never been disappointed! We just ordered tonight and the egg rolls were piping hot, and freshly made. The service is always wonderful and friendly. The food is good, and consistenly so, which is what makes us regulars.Parking: Small lot right out front, but plenty of spots.“
“We order take out and we had boneless spare ribs and broccoli in brown sauce pork fried rice . The only disappointment was the e Gf rolls very greasy they didn't sit on a rack long enough .. normally they are very good . The broccoli and Shrimp very good and nice size shrimp .. “I absolutely love this little piece of East Haven. It absolutely represents East Haven and everything that makes it great. It has amazing Italian food, a sweet dessert section and hot chicken wings. The young employees there fit the culture perfectly. They are young, caring and nice. I have eaten here even though I typically take out. They have three little tables to eat at and a cute outdoor section to eat at.“
“Food is delicious for the reasonable price. It’s not gourmet but for what they charge it is really good and a great amount of food. As far as delivery goes, the efficiency varies. I’ve never had serious issues. I think the longest I had to wait was an hour. (First world problems) the steamed dumplings are the best I’ve ever had and I’m a Chinese food lover. Anyway, best Chinese food around for an awesome price.“

“I ordered, via Uber eats, the Southside Pho with duck, seafood combo and vegetables. Wow! The broth is so authentic! The duck had crispy skin, the scallop was U12, the shrimp was easily U16, and there were 4! The calamari was beautiful, and fresh, crispy veggies:carrot, broccoli, snap peas, mushrooms, bean sprouts. Simply superb!! I asked for extra bean sprouts and Thai basil. Ordered their homemade garlic chili oil and lime on the side. This was wonderful! Now my go to for Pho, and I work in New Haven, so there are plenty of Pho options, but no competition/comparison...well done South Side Thai, well done! I'll be back!!“
