“1st visit. Ordered take out & grabbed a coffee during the brief wait. Service was efficient & friendly. Establishment was clean & welcoming. I deeply appreciate that they offer tofu. We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “Cypress Garden” sandwiches… both were delicious. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. One was $10 the other $12 & this price even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips. We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s. “This has become my new go to pizza parlor in town! The service has been excellent and you really cannot beat the prices. Greek style pizza which is made quickly and tastes great. The pie we like to get is spinach, bacon, and feta. I have also gotten a sausage calzone and a BBQ chicken grinder and all 3 of these items have been fantastic. I will definitely be back for more!

Tried the chicken wings and waffles, and hash fries to-go.
Chicken wings were fried to perfection and the various sauces were great compliments.
The hash fries were delicious.
Found the waffle too sweet for me, however, I am typically not a sweets person.

“I come from Spain and it is my first time eating a steamed burger, a delight, something new that is worth trying. In my case I had the steamed salmon and my partner had the classic beef steam hamburger.
The place is nice, the decoration is very American haha ​​with all the cutouts and paintings from past times it transports you to America in the 1900s. They play good music all the time, classics from the 90s and 80s.
The service of 10, an older couple who make the homemade food themselves, it is appreciated to have a place like this to rest from so much junk fast food.

Burger was great - big and delicious and my wife enjoyed her wrap. Bonus points for the King Diamond and Rob Halford photos on the wall. I didn’t get to check out all the prints. Cool spot. “This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Gina the waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. The Atmosphere was great as we had a view of the stream. I had lobster taco which was pretty good, it could of been a bit more seasoned, but overall i enjoyed my meal. The cost is somewhat on the pricey side. I would definitely go back.“

“There is no doubt that Gouveia is photographer’s dream, and as full-time wedding photographers, we have captured engagements and even surprise proposals here on the beautiful property. Whenever a client asks about a nice view in the hills, a vineyard or winery, something that feels almost like Europe, we tell them we should go here! We love going by the pond with couples, too, making it feel even more like we have transported to somewhere that isn’t Connecticut. You can blend in and then pop out with any family or friends to the jubilant couple, moving right into the engagement session on the perfect property for it. It was so comforting and wonderful. It felt like home to me. Such a wonderful soup. It does come with big portions so you may have to take it home.
