“I ordered a filled bagel and a cupcake. The service was very friendly and warm, and quick though there was quite a queue. The bagel was excellent, great taste, with a small side salad. The cupcake was really moist and beautiful, the buttercream very creamy, and tasty all-in-all, though very sugary! I would recommend this place for the excellent bagels and kind service, and the cupcakes for the ones with a sweet tooth. Maybe an idea for the future to have some sweet products that don't pack quite as much sugar, but I'm definitely coming back for another bagel!“

We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the meatball flatbread, along with some holiday themed cocktails. The staff was so fun and friendly, and we were blown away by how good the food was. I highly recommend the bistro if you're staying at the Waterbury Marriott.“
