Dunkin' Donuts in Waterbury

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“I’ll rate this a 4.2, but the staff put it much closer to a 5.0! For years, I’ve wondered, is Dunkin’ a donut shop that also sells coffee OR a coffee shop that also sells donuts. I’m not a coffee drinker, nor do I eat donuts anymore, but I bring my dad to meet with his friends every week — you could set your watch by them and they’d been meeting at this same location for years. The owner and his staff are always wonderful, and people always tell me that Dunkin’ coffee is top notch. It’s hard to pass up so many of their great looking donuts, but I give this place high praise just the same. Two wide handicap parking spaces right in front and clean bathrooms!“

“I really enjoy going to this DD. Chay & Q hold me down every visit. They are pleasant, funny & make My Coffee PERFECT!! It saddens Me to know that Q is No longer there. “Keke was exceptional!! I had needed a drink to be remade as it wasn’t sweet enough to my liking & without hesitation with a BIG SMILE she remade it for me. We need more Keke’s in the world. Have never had a bad experience at this location!“

“Yesterday on 01/04 I walked in around 630am for a couple sandwich’s and oj. The place was very busy in drive thru and some people waiting for their purchases in the lobby. This woman and daughter was at the counter all upset bc she had to go to work. Another lady walked in and asked the girl in the photo below how much longer is it going to take it’s been 15 mins already. (Family member)The tone and the expletive words that came out of her mouth was very impolite. So I yelled great job staff you guys are doing the best you can. So the lady left without her food. Today 01/05 I walk in and here is the same lady with her daughter asking them for free food bc she left yesterday bc she had to go to work and continued to say I was the one that made her leave and bc the food took some time! I literally laughed and couldn’t believe this woman literally blamed a total stranger that applauded the staff as to why she left. Her and her daughter began to yell at me, curse, and threaten me. It’s all on Dunkin’ Donuts camera and I can play a video on my phone about how nasty these individuals were but it’s very embarrassing. I called corporate, filed a police report as well. Nasty people don’t need to hurt in any way people trying their best to service you!“

“I don’t know who’s running the drive thru. These are the most polite Dunkin’ Donuts employees I have EVER encountered. I’m not even kidding you! They ensure your order is correct. And I can also tell by looking at my ice coffee if it’s gonna taste good or not. This Dunkin’ does not disappoint. Go see for yourself. They definitely go the extra mile. I went back several days after and still the same great service.“

“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.“

“Ran into a really nice girl working Friday , October 30,20 . @ alittle before 2 pm . She had great customer service I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves ! Thank you this is probably the best Dunkin location. On top of that the place is always clean . Keep it up ninoshka ! You are doing an awesome job !“

“I ordered a big order through the drive through and despite the line being long and the workers being busy, the workers were so nice and such in a good mood. They had a good crew working together. I appreciate them because usually you’d get attitude because of the circumstances but they were so positive. (08/05/22 morning crew)“

“Nice & Hot!It's virtually impossible this time of year to ever get your breakfast back to wherever you were going w/o it being super cold.... {I ate mine on the drive home; the bacon made me do it!} I Ordered (2) Bacon/Egg/Cheese on Plain Bagels (I keep it pretty basic) & (2) coffees...Got home, handed my fiance the keys and the D&D's (Later he said he's couldn't believe how fast I must have gone bc it was nice & hot + coffees were made ?*Idk what kinda magic they got working!? But everything seems to stay hot until I get to where I'm going! & (never burned either!)“

“I love the fact that you can order ahead and get it without any wait. Although I don't like the new points rewards system, and the fact that they only have one type of caffeinated tea, it's still way less expensive than Starbucks and you don't have to make it yourself
