“I was really excited to try this new place downtown and was not disappointed. I like the option to have two different cream cheese flavors, and they had so many options it was even hard just to pick 2! I got Mexican street corn and Chili crisp and both were phenomenal but the bagel was even better. Best bagel I’ve had in CT. I do wish they had more coffee options, but since it’s so new, I was expecting limited drinks anyway. Will 100% be back to try more flavors. Also, the service was great and the girls at the front were awesome.“

“The food is really good. I had a bagel with cream cheese and coffee with hash brown. Customer service seems rushed and bothered.

Let me update this; 8/26 I haven't gone back to this place cause although the food was decent the customer service is not that good. A friend recently wanted to go. I figured new location maybe things are different. Nope! The young women taking the orders was polite and friendly. The same lady as before does not have a very welcoming disposition. My order was held up. When she asked the person in the back cooking about the order she said she didn't have it. My friend who also ordered for her food and it was getting cold I told her to just eat as those two argued. Eventually she went to the back to get the stuff to finish my bagel. I asked for it to be toasted it was not. The potatoes were nice and crunchy but only a few had seasoning on them the rest tasted like vinegar. I got a bagel with plain cream cheese and 2 pieces of bacon it, small coffee and those home fries it was 18. And some change. Which wouldn't have been bad if it was worth it. It clearly was not! I will not be going back again.“
