Within minutes, hot food is served.Tonight was the basil chicken with pork fried rice.Amazing. It was so delicious and flavorful. A real authentic prepared dish. This is the real deal at an affordable price.The Golden Palace gets five stars but should get ten. Best Chinese and Thai food family style restaurant. Highly recommended. “12.24.23 This is going to be one of those I can't believe I haven't posted a review for this place yet, even after the dozens of times I've been here over the last handful of years. This is Naugatuck's hidden gem. They most definitely deserve the accolades. A family run Asian business. Need I say more? I've encountered most of if not all of their family members at some point. They're always so sweet kind and patient. They are all so genuine & kindhearted people. Their are very hospitable. It does take a little bit longer at times for you to receive your food but it's worth it. They're making it to order and it's always fresh. They don't have a lot of staff working with them usually. I have tried many different menu items and i can truly say I've never been disappointed. The inside is ornately decorated with something interesting everywhere you look. The ambiance is casual & friendly from the moment you walk in and get sat. Nice relaxing vibe. The Thai iced tea is a great starter. It goes great with their Larb. Yummers. The Thai crispy egg rolls are great too with the fish sauce. There are some lunch specials that are very inexpensive they run Monday thru Friday but I prefer most of the items from their regular menu. Let's just say the lunch specials i have had weren't my favorite items from their menu. My favorite is their Lad Naah with the side noodles, Chinese broccoli & the gravy. Serious yummers. IMO. For real. Almost forgot about the Sai Ghock which was delicious too. It's home made. But My all time fav is the mango sticky rice of course. This is drool worthy yumms :-) The parking situation is very easy. There's parking on both sides of the street and a large parking lot across the street for many of the surrounding businesses. Also forgot to mention their prices which are very reasonable for the product that you receive. They never rush you out of there like some places do. You'll always leave feeling replenished & happy.“
“I love the aesthetic of this restaurant! So so cute, the food is good. This was my first thai restaurant since coming back from the country, so I may be a little critical of the food, but it was not bad in any way. My favorite was the coconut juice!“
“This is the first time I’ve actually wanted to write a restaurant review and let me just say 10000/10 !!! The pho was phenomenal dude I literally loved and ate everything. I am an extreme pho lover and wow this pho was literally everything. Get you a little chili sauce and lime in the broth ? BAM BEST BOWL YOUVE EVER HAD I AM NOT JOKING And the environment is so cute and cozy, pls keep this restaurant living forever ?“
