The food is out of this world. It’s so fresh and so delicious. Everything is carefully thought out and beautifully plated. Their specials never disappoint. The staff is friendly and very efficient. It’s warm and cozy. Perfect little place for a romantic dinner or something with friends.
Prior to my most recent visit, I always had positive experiences at Harvest. However, when I went to celebrate my friend’s birthday, I was appalled at the behavior from the owner/manager when there was an incident with another customer. Furthermore, I was beyond disappointed with his inappropriate response when I reached out the following day. Not sure about the other locations, but I definitely don’t recommend the West Hartford location anymore to my family/friends
Excellent service, ambiance, menu selections, and individualized meals made this a wonderful place for five friends to celebrate a birthday. We will return!
