Starbucks Coffee Company is conveniently located off the highway on a busy street, stores and restaurants, near the West Hartford borderline Hartford. Customers describe it as the best of both worlds.

The services are great. Many customers come here all the time to pick up coffee. On one occasion, a customer came through the drive-thru and realized the drink was off. After returning about an hour later, the women at the counter were kind and helpful. They remade the drink no problem, gave a voucher for a free drink for the next visit, and even had the customer try it to make sure it was right. Great customer service is refreshing.

One customer noted that a former employee named Tamarah was awful and unprofessional to customers, but the store is much better since she left. The employee Alija is great and professional. Another customer commended a young woman who provided exceptional service at 5:57 AM on July 4th. She expressed condolences and presented a $4 gift card, which uplifted spirits during a difficult time. Her ability to maintain a positive demeanor is commendable.

However, one customer had a poor experience. Although the order was placed online in advance, there was still a 20-minute wait. Only two people were working and it seemed busy, so overall it wasn't the best experience. Another customer saw a new employee bringing positive energy during Sunday morning rush. The drink was delayed, but great hospitality was offered with a free next drink.
