Still the best seafood place in CT. Don't listen to the bullying Mayor of West Haven. The whole belly clams tasted the same way it did 20 plus years ago.
The toast, the fries, the coleslaw slaw, the tartar sauce and the clams, did i mention the toast!

The best fried whole belly clams I've ever had.
Hasn't changed in the 50 yrs ive been going there.
After a 30 year absence my sons took me there for my birthday. The parking lot looked like it had not been upgraded since the last time I was there. The building looked pathetic. Mold all over shingles that had not been upgraded since the building was constructed. A post holding up the entrance was crooked since it was hit by a car. The carpet had never been replaces and the walls never painted. We sat down to an empty restaurant. The waitress was very courteous and polite....read full review
