They made my drinks quick and they did not waste anytime, this is the type of service I expect anywhere management be proud of the great men these young boys are becoming. Be proud of yourself west sims workers. And just know you are doing a wonderful job. Keep grinding and stay true.“

“Good afternoon folks! With Starbucks in Avon closed for construction, I’ve been a the hunt for a new coffee place. Yesterday, I tried Coffee Trade for the first time. I was beyond impressed. The coffee was delicious and made with on site roasted beans. The prices are extremely reasonable, way cheaper than Doms or any competing shops. They had countless exciting flavors, I want to attempt to try them all. The atmosphere was so great and unique. And, the employees are truly fantastic and helpful. It’s hard nowadays to find a business with strong morals and sense of community. I felt immediately welcomed at Coffee Trade. I went back today and once again was impressed. If you haven’t tried this place yet and are a true coffee lover, it’s worth a visit. Their outdoor patio is also lovely and great to spend a relaxing morning. I’ll be sure to be back and make this part of my regular routine. My only regret is not trying it sooner 😂“

“Bruno’s Cafe I don't know where to start at all. They had good coffee, amazing service, the whole staff were great. I met them at a car event they made the whole time great. “WOW!!!! I lived in France for 8 years and have traveled through much of Europe……Bounom is hands down the VERY BEST bakery that I have ever been to!!!! My mother and I are fairly accomplished cooks and bakers so are very aware of quality……..we do not eat grocery store pastries….they may be convenient and less expensive but are very poor quality……Kamla makes everything by hand with top quality ingredients the morning that they are sold…..basically, you get what you pay for!!!!!! Top quality ingredients are expensive! You can order online the day before to make sure that you are able to get what you want, they often sell out early. If you want discount store prices, then go to the discount store……Bounom products are EXCEPTIONAL and very much worth the price!!!!! In addition the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!!! My NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION for a bakery !!!! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their wonderful goodies!!! I would give them 10 stars if I were able!!!“

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

“I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! “Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work“
