“Visited SDW last week for lunch with a chef pal who has several restaurants overseas. When he is Stateside, he always searches for staple foods done right. Gary and the crew delivered on all fronts. My go-to is the New Englander, and it never disappoints. My buddy had the Chicagoan and loved it. We both got a burger as well, which was cooked perfectly and impressively juicy. We were both taken aback by the hand-cut fries with S&P. We commented on how hard it is to consistently turn out such high-quality, short-order potatoes, and Gary gave us a detailed rundown of their process. “This is our favorite food truck ever in Norwalk. It is so authentic and delicious. The people are so so nice who on the truck. In the winter months you can order your taco sit in your car while you wait so you don't freeze and then the people will call you over when your food is ready. They do have a picnic table right outside of the food truck but other than that people usually eat in their cars or bring the tacos home if you're nearby, you should definitely go and get some because this place is awesome and super casual.“

Last several times I have ordered online my order is missing something or not made with special instructions I added to mobile order. Today I order 2 sandwiches one for myself and one for my husband. Same sandwich type different add ons. My husband's order did not have spinach on it but sandwich got spinach anyway. I wanted pickles on mine as well did not receive pickles. “Honestly? Pretty bangin burger and fries. When we stopped in it was pretty empty, and the food took a good 15 minutes to get. But it was super worth it. The Prime burger was tender and flavorful - I got it with blue cheese, jalapeños, lettuce and Prime sauce. Very tasty. The waffle fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I had a dad bite or 2 of my son's grilled cheese and it was crispy and overflowing with cheese. Some nice Christmas tunes playing overhead too.
