“Recently stopped in for cocktails after a weekend event at the Westport Library, conveniently across the street. We did not eat, but the staff was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Carlos, our bartender, made great recommendations that were spot on, and he even brought us a specialty cocktail to try on the house. Chef Renato was also very engaging and generous, he offered us a tasty bite simply for the joy of hospitality. The wood-fired Neapolitan style pizza looked delicious, definitely want to try it next time!“

I purchased a very high-end bottle of liquor and could not be more happy with the service provided.“

“I had an event last week at Nod Hill Brewery in which we hosted over 50 international colleagues. We had a tour, a tasting and an awesome BBQ dinner from Walrus Alley! “We had multiple events at the Watershed hotel and Siena Norwalk (part of hotel) during the weekend of June 13 - June 15 2025, all associated with my daughter’s wedding. Brandon specifically, but also his entire team, were absolutely amazing with incredible customer service. On Friday, we had a large group of 75+/- at the rooftop patio/bar. Even with the rain threatening, Brandon was patient and waited until last minute before we were able to make a decision to have it outside. It all worked out great thanks to him and team. On Saturday, the team hosted 100+ people at Siena and the bartenders kept all happy with quick service and the served pizzas kept all nice and full. Finally, Brandon and team assisted with a great breakfast set-up. Anything that popped up over the weekend was handled professionally and easily by the team. Highly recommend Siena and the Watershed for any events with many people. Great attention to detail and communication was perfect.“

“We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with Prix Frixe dinner, as it was also Mother’s day. We were seated right away. Very clean and inviting ambience, Tableservice was very prompt, courteous and welcoming. All the food was incredibly delicious. 100% recommend SGK!“

“My wife and I just ate here on Saturday night and had a fantastic meal! We both ordered the scallop, shrimp and crabmeat pasta dish which was the special. The service was very friendly and beyond outstanding. Jerry makes terrific cocktails! Smaller place so it can be a bit noisy when some patrons talk loudly. Our only disappointment was the desert we ordered to go. It was this very small sour cherry tart with hardly any cherries and it was overpriced at $15. Otherwise I highly recommend this Mediterranean restaurant.“

“I visited Captain’s Cove Seaport recently and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this beautiful and relaxing. It’s not just a marina—it’s a full experience. Walking along the wooden boardwalk feels like stepping into a postcard. The area is clean, well-maintained, and has that calming scent of the sea. It’s family-friendly, yet also perfect for a chill solo trip or even a romantic evening stroll. There are little souvenir shops, casual restaurants, and spots where you can just sit, breathe, and watch the boats.

I went around sunset and the lighting over the water was just magical. I highly recommend timing your visit during the golden hour—it completely transforms the place. If you’re into photography, you’ll love it here.

The only thing I found slightly disappointing was the price—some of the food and drinks felt a bit overpriced for what you get. But overall, the atmosphere and experience made up for it.

I personally enjoyed the Spring Bowl with Tofu, which was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I also tried the Pitaya Island and it was an absolute must-try – such a delightful treat! The owner, Alyssa, is very friendly and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Her warm hospitality made our visit even more special. If you're in the area, Greens on the Go is definitely worth a visit.
