“My daughter and I stopped here on our way back from a UConn tour - I’m vegetarian and the Mediterranean pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had - highly recommend!!! My daughter ordered chicken and a side of fries, the fry order was huge for $5! I helped her eat the fries and we both couldn’t put a dent in it! Friendly staff, beautiful sunset view - if we are ever back in the area we will definitely stop back in!”

“Jennifer Schaller is a saint. I was driving south from Portsmouth NH where I had said goodbye to my brother. I wanted desperately to get off the road and have food and drink and hold a private vigil. I received a text my brother John had passed a shortly after midnight.
Jen was a guardian angel and whipped up something warm for me in the closed kitchen and kept the whiskey flowing.
She then found me a fine room at the refurbished Best Western at an excellent rate (thank you Patel family) and gave me local directions.
I’m a disabled veteran and it’s make proud to meet folks like I did the night my brother died.

This Dunkin gets very busy from 2-4AM from nearby warehouse workers going on break/going home but Brondon does awesome at staying calm and working orders efficiently without sacrificing quality.”

“When I was recently there, Karley and Merin were very professional with excellent customer service, especially Karley who really went above and beyond. In customer service, especially food industry, AND ESPECIALLY coffe, is extremely difficult these days. So to find employees who you can genuinely care about providing excellent service. Leaving a review, is such a simple and quick gesture that is the least I can do which really goes a long way regarding the employees. I hope more people start doing this to the hard working employees that deserve it. I left similar review on my receipt but also wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve and leave a review on here as well. They are employees DD should value and take care of them if they knew what's good for them and deserve raises!!! 😁👍🏽🙌🏽💯”

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!”

“Our recent school staff's Christmas celebration was an amazing success due to the wonderful amenities provided by this establishment. Their service staff were so attentive to everybody's needs and their courteous service made me feel right at home. Let's not forget the delicious food served in their buffet line! The buffalo wings, drumsticks, and pulled pork were so delicious, it was impossible to resist countless returns to the buffet line. The space that my school was allowed to use was adequately spacious and comfortable for the group size of over 40 in attendance. There was even space available for a small musical ensemble to perform and dance floor to jam to the music. Restroom facilities were kept in utmost state of cleanliness! Hops44 is certainly a place to go to with family or for special celebrations. I'm grateful for the positive experience your staff was able to provide and for the delicious food served at this restaurant. Keep up the awesome work You're doing!”

“Let me start by saying we live in Coventry and Kathmandu has delivered hot delicious food to our home time and time again! This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! In the past we've had curry lamb, tomato soup, tom yam soup, lolipop chicken, fried rice, and aloo paratha. Make your way through the whole menu, you won't be disappointed!”

“My husband George and I frequently go to our "neighborhood" SPOT in Tolland since it opened. It really feels like a home away from home where you can watch a game, collaborate with colleagues over dinner, have a birthday party or little league celebration. It is a place to go for all members of the family for any occasion. The main menu is thoughtful, and we look forward to the weekly specials which are delicious. Prime rib Thursdays is a favorite as well. They have specials on cocktails and mocktails with special touches like cranberries in the ice, or the chocolate drizzle in the Andes martini with whipped creme and Andes mint crumbles. We have not found anything that was not delicious and in appetizing and filling portions. They have adult homemade ice cream to crave! It has a slightly different ambiance in each corner, the sofa lounge area, the seated family dining area, the sports zone covered in big screen tv's and the bar area where you are treated like family and they remember what you like as soon as you sit down. I love their themed special events that pair delicious and unique appetizers, with bourbon, wine, whiskey while sommeliers and chefs discuss the flavor combinations introducing us to tastes that tantalize your whole palate while sharing the history or culture of what you are enjoying. In addition, they have trivia nights, karaoke, an annual car show in the fall, and other seasonal events. In moderate to mild weather, the outdoor covered area is great for listening to local bands and bringing people together. in a comfortable setting. The costs are comparable to other good restaurants, and well worth the experience. If there is any problem with your order (which can happen everywhere), they quickly remedy it. We appreciate the warm welcome every time we come in from the owner and his staff.”
