“This is the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The staff are so friendly and the food is always fresh. I drive 30 minutes, passed two other Chipotle’s to come here.

“Place was empty besides my friend and someone who was there before us. Place was super clean and service was good even though the drive through was super busy. I had a chicken salad sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was jam packed with chicken salad and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and the ketchup “red gold”for the fries was different and delicious.“

“I have taken a friend who is in his 80s to your establishment a few times. Each time the staff greets him and is very patient as he considers what to order. I've noticed that other staffers stay busy cleaning tables, washing floors and windows during slower periods.

“It’s a nice alternative to Chipotle and Taco Bell. Definitely more flavor than Taco Bell, but not as varied in taste as Chipotle. I like it because QDOBA focuses on the savory more traditional tasting Tex-Mex Taco. And prices are reasonable. The staff here is very friendly and they seem to be more vested in the success of the restaurant and satisfaction of the customers more than the other chains. The one in Norwalk CT is actually very clean.“

“Went here at 3 am on a weekend. I was surprised to get fresh hot fires at that time of the morning, double cheese and nuggets were also fresh. I went thru the drive thru the attendant was pleasant. It took no more than 7 minutes to order and pay. Pleasantly surprised“

I ordered 2 because the last time I had them at the McDonald's near Branford CT in 2017 they were skinny as toothpicks. Well I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw what I got this time. Very large fresh tasty burritos. Hot and wonderful. McDonald's has changed for the better. The price was also very reasonable. I even got BOGO FREE. The establishment was very neat and clean. Definitely can recommend. I purchased from the Norwalk location on Connecticut avenue near Costco. A+“

If you order via the kiosk & are looking for a table number, there's not enough staff to deliver your food. The seating area on the lower level is disappointing. I'd be nice if they brought back the picnic tables outside. Upstairs they have more seating, & the bathrooms. I brought my kiddo here for a nugget happy meal, there's nothing about this place that fun. McDonald's really killed off everything that made them a place kids wanted to go. Come to McDonald's, we have a bland new look, no one will like!!“

She made the dining experience wonderful and brightened up our day on an gloomy rainy thursday night.

Not often you ever experience a fraction of this service at a fast food establishment. I hope management rewards this type of initiative.“
