“My wife and I had a wonderful experience at The Royal Green in Stamford, CT this past weekend, in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. We had been there once before, although it was over a year ago, not long after the restaurant opened. We enjoyed it immensely, and so we wanted to return for this special occasion. Everything was superb: the ambience, the food, and the service. The beginning of our dinner was propitious; our server for the evening came by to greet us, and we immediately recognized each other. We exchanged “I know you” looks and comments and then proceeded to recount snippets of the conversations we had shared at our first dinner there many months before. We were all delighted! It was like a mini-family reunion. Our server was Anne Marie, and she could not have been nicer. She was so knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating, and she made the evening even more special for us. We started dinner with the Maryland crab crumble appetizer. Wow, was it good! My wife, who had ordered a fish special the last time we were there, would not pass up steak this time around, and she ordered the barrel cut filet mignon with béarnaise sauce. It was superbly prepared and she had no problem finishing every bite. I had the bone-in ribeye and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We ordered our favorite sides and finished dinner with the steakhouse cheesecake (she) and a special chocolate pot de crème (me). It was a splendid way to end our evening. And, Anne Marie made sure that we enjoyed every moment. She is the best! We are looking forward to our next celebration there, and vising Anne Marie again.“

“I have taken a friend who is in his 80s to your establishment a few times. Each time the staff greets him and is very patient as he considers what to order. I've noticed that other staffers stay busy cleaning tables, washing floors and windows during slower periods.

“I ordered 3 tacos- steak and chicken. They were easily some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The quality of the food was really good, You could tell they did not cheap out on the meat. “Prices have gone up, I was charged $3 for a chicken taco yesterday and the menu no longer has prices. Fantastic food, cleanliness / hygiene less than desirable (cook was wearing sleeveless t with no hairnet) but you’re eating from a truck in an autobody shop 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Place was empty besides my friend and someone who was there before us. Place was super clean and service was good even though the drive through was super busy. I had a chicken salad sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was jam packed with chicken salad and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and the ketchup “red gold”for the fries was different and delicious.“

The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are pleasant and helpful, the restaurant is spotless and welcoming, they decorate for the holidays and have appropriate music playing…they just hit it out of the park. “Went here at 3 am on a weekend. I was surprised to get fresh hot fires at that time of the morning, double cheese and nuggets were also fresh. I went thru the drive thru the attendant was pleasant. It took no more than 7 minutes to order and pay. Pleasantly surprised“

“I haven't been to McDonald's in at least 8 years. I have a craving for the breakfast burrito. I ordered 2 because the last time I had them at the McDonald's near Branford CT in 2017 they were skinny as toothpicks. Well I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw what I got this time. Very large fresh tasty burritos. Hot and wonderful. McDonald's has changed for the better. The price was also very reasonable. I even got BOGO FREE. The establishment was very neat and clean. Definitely can recommend. I purchased from the Norwalk location on Connecticut avenue near Costco. A+“

“It’s a nice alternative to Chipotle and Taco Bell. Definitely more flavor than Taco Bell, but not as varied in taste as Chipotle. I like it because QDOBA focuses on the savory more traditional tasting Tex-Mex Taco. And prices are reasonable. The staff here is very friendly and they seem to be more vested in the success of the restaurant and satisfaction of the customers more than the other chains. The one in Norwalk CT is actually very clean.“

The staff is always friendly and willing to give me some time if i need it. Place is super clean and service fast, even for fast food.“

“You pay more, but you get more. The burgers are really good, fries and shakes as well. They try to have good customer service.
Unfortunately this location had messy floors and a dirty bathroom, as well as just an unkempt appearance other than the kitchen. Also forgot to pack the ketchup, utensils, etc., even though it was part of the mobile order“
