Natasha is beyond rude. And prices ate higher here. Don't honor your refill prices...never will return. Also will not buy your iced coffee refill plastic cups, very hard to get off and this dunkin charges full price for refills so why buy your $8.00 cup. Never stop here again...horrible...rude...is putting nicely, not even mentioning poor hygiene habits I witnessed....gross!!!!!
