We ordered through doordash part of our order was missing and one bite of my wife's chicken sandwich had a long hair in it.on the receipt the order was right in calling them they did nothing to rectify this and had an attitude. I would not recommend this Wendy's at all
Order Ticket # 3346 - 10/5/2021
At around 535pm this evening, I was in the drive thru to order some food for my daughter. As I get in the speaker whomever is speaking I could not understand due that maybe the battery is low or something is wrong with the intercom.
I try to really the message through the intercom but the message was not going through and she could not understand, and we were going back and forth with repeating the orders.

You refused to serve my husband today; as a truck driver they’re having difficulty finding places to eat. He offered several options that would be safe for you both and you still refused him. Thank you to Subway for being understanding with everything that is going on and making my husband a meal
