“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. “Not all chain restaurants hit because they staff or cooks don’t be doing it right! But this BWW I will come back every time it was the late Saturday afternoon & they were busy! But lemme tell you my pick up order was fast fresh & the staff was phenomenal!! I’m definetly coming back for another 2 for 19.99$. It was bussing hot & fresh! My drinks were right my bag lacked or missed absolutely nothing! Thank yall so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
