“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. I wish all DD had employees like them. I definitely recommend them 1000% ... this will be by far the best service I received in a long time. Thank guys for a great and kind service“

“I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, this is due to not enough staff. Poor employee was trying to go on break and stayed as long as she could to help, leaving one person to manage a line of 5 people while 4 waiting for drinks, all while being polite. Owner please review your busiest time of day so employees aren’t overwhelmed & understaffed. Take care of your employees! I’m giving 5 starts to your employees“

“It's the hardest working Dunkin in town. Be nice to this crew. They're swamped so often and still manage to do so much work with a smile or at least a helpful attitude. Every now and again, I get a mistake on an order but honestly if you're picking this spot, you're gambling as they do they're best to keep up with mobile, drive in, and standing orders!“
