Dunkin' Donuts in Winsted

“I have been a regular at this Dunkin’ on and off for a couple years as it is on my way to work and I am a coffee ADDICT! I stopped coming earlier this year because it had really gone downhill with what seemed to be staffing issues and overworked employees and a manager that did not care. I started going to the one down the street but they are a million times worse so I decided to give this Dunkin’ another go a few weeks back and I am assuming there is new management with how much more smoothly things seem to be run there and much happier and livelier the employees seem. Overall this is still the best Dunkin’ around, the workers who are good are great, it just depends on who you get. I don’t normally have any problems with quality of food and beverage and everything is usually made to my liking!“

“Came in today and had the most pleasant and smooth time ordering. One of the employees named yother gave me the time I needed to place my order and even when I changed it multiple times, he had patience and stayed with me the entire time. Donuts were good“
