While drinks can be quite expensive, skilled bartenders craft delightful cocktails like the St Germain Spritz. Service can be friendly but sometimes falls short, with moments of amateurishness during happy hour, such as long wait times for wings and issues with overcharging that are eventually corrected. The clean, well-lit bathrooms add to the overall experience. Although there is no food menu during late-night hours, the beautiful location and diverse crowd make 12 Stories a popular spot for special occasions. Guests should be prepared for a crowded atmosphere, especially at night, and be mindful of the prices, but the unique atmosphere and views make it worth a visit.
