PILAR DC offers amazing food and drinks with an upbeat, energetic vibe. The menu could be more descriptive, with a couple of appetizer dishes for sharing. The atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends, with great music playing in the background. While the drinks were excellent, some inconsistency was noted in the St. Germains Spritz. The guacamole and drinks were highlights, but the veggie plate fell short with limp, unsalted vegetables. Despite some service issues, guests found the overall experience enjoyable and plan to return.
