I was in here w my son a while ago. I bought my son a cone and within minutes of leaving, the scoop fell off the cone. I returned, ready to pay for a replacement but the staff member figured out what happened and replaced the cone for free. Very grateful for his perceptiveness and kindness!
1. That location is closed and they have downsized to a much smaller location around the corner. 2. Because the business address is currently wrong with all the traffic I spent an unnecessary amount of time locating it. 3. This place had nothing, there were maybe 50% stocked with product. The “toppings” they did have were old and hard and the ice cream looked the same. 4. I visited this location today to redeem my birthday rewards, and the staff were very friendly. I chose the ice cream with the waffle cone.However, upon eating it, I noticed that the cone itself tasted very bitter, as if they had not switched out the older ones for fresh ones. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area, so I didn't attempt to go back. I hope I don't experience any stomach issues. ? I love waffle cones, so I was rather disappointed.
