I got the pollo frito with tostones on the side and a little pickled slaw on top. It was delicious - reminded me of how my grandma fried chicken. Crispy and flavorful. The tostones were crispy too. I just wish you got one more piece of chicken for $18. Overall, totally worth it.
The food here is excellent! My friend and I were trying to go to Chaplins but it was closed so I went on yelp and saw this place was close by. It's a small place and there's 1 table outside. It was nice outside so we decided to sit out there and people watch. I got the sopa de res and it was so delicious! It was a large bowl and it came with like 2 pieces of beef and veggies. Food really nice and portions big. Didn’t regret choosing this place based on the google reviews! The atmosphere is very homey and simple. Had to wait for some time to pay though, in the end went myself to the cash desk to pay.
