My friend and I had a wonderful experience at the Henley Park for tea. The service was exceptional, the food was fabulous, and we had a quiet corner to enjoy our tea.
Great staff members; waitresses and front desk. I was there for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the finger foods and scones. The tea quality and desserts could be better.
Took my friend and her young daughters. Easy to find parking. Great service and the pastries and sandwiches were great!! They even have hot chocolate if your kids don't like tea. They had a great special buy one get one half off. So it was a very reasonable price.

Many visitors praise the savory food, calling it incredible, and appreciate the lovely surroundings that make it a great place for quiet conversation. The hotel itself has an old-school charm, though some feel it is a bit rundown. The tea sandwiches are small and open-faced, lacking the heft of traditional tea sandwiches, and some items like the Kir Royale may be overpriced. The tea service and regular menu provide a pleasant experience, and visitors often mention the wonderful staff, including attentive servers like Binado. Despite some issues, many guests find better value here than at other local options and plan to return for more meals from The Tavern.
