Scheduled a doordash 2 hours early and this location was one hour late getting my food ready. But I live minutes from the store and the food arrived to my place cold. the mozzarella sticks were all mostly empty and cold.
I wish this wasn't the closest location to me. I got there at 10:20pm only to be told they are not serving food for dine in because they close at 11pm but online and on the door it says they close at midnight. Apparently April the first is when they change the time to midnight. I asked why it has the wrong time on the door and online, I was told management never changed it because they are not a cooperate location. That reply made no sense to me so I just walked out

Went to BWW today. Waited an hr for carrots and celery. Just to be given my food 10 minutes later and it was cold. Service was poor. Atmosphere was as suspected. Would not recommend.
