My family and I enjoyed a great and fun lunch. The appetizer and entrees were delicious. The waitstaff and hostess were excellent and friendly. We will be back to dine again in the future.
Every trip we have taken to DC for years we have eaten at Bullfeathers! The food is wonderful no matter what you order and the service and atmosphere is the best! Enjoy!
Great find just a short walk from the Capitol. Food was excellent.

Bullfeathers On The Hill is a popular restaurant with great food and a lively corner bar atmosphere in the nation's capital. The menu features a variety of delicious dishes, including their famous grilled cheese with tomato soup, crab cakes with honey sriracha lime sauce, and tender, juicy beef short ribs served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The food is consistently excellent, making it a favorite lunch spot that can get busy, so reservations or arriving early or late is advised. The staff is attentive and professional, providing excellent customer service with filled drinks and a friendly attitude. The bar has a welcoming vibe that attracts many visitors, including those from nearby RNC HQ, making it a good place to hear interesting conversations. Along with solid burgers, terrific salads like the Black and Bleu, and good pizzas, the restaurant also offers great cocktails, such as the President's Cocktail. The location is convenient, situated near the Eastern Market area and just across the street from the Capitol South Metro station, making it easy to visit. While the inside may be less appealing, the patio provides a nice spot to relax when the weather is nice.
