Best bagel I ever had! Great customer service! I love this place! Hilltop!
Love this place! We go here often. I recommend the Royal Palm for something fresh and clean. My husband loves the Sun City Pastrami as a non-pork option and we always get latkes on the side.
This is my second time here. I can't help but take this moment to say how great their service is! I felt a very warm welcome the first time, as well as this time by different staff (Oscar this time,) emulates the same feeling of warmth introducing himself. You just don't get this treatment any more from restaurants. Not lost here, though! Food is excellent, too. I had their Italian meatballs on a bagel last time, bacon sun city on sub challah bread this time 😋

Call Your Mother Deli on Connecticut Ave offers a charming atmosphere with creative decor and friendly staff. Their bagel sandwiches are a highlight, with the Mountain View (egg, latke, and cheese) being a unique and highly recommended choice, and the Sun City (bacon, egg, cheese, honey on everything bagel) also impressing. The Thunderbird (chicken sausage, egg, cheddar, and American cheeses) on gluten-free yuca bread is hearty and flavorful. The Valencia del Sol (latke, spicy onions, and cheddar on a cheddar bagel) is a must-try for those who love potatoes, onions, and cheese. Though their music can be loud and space is limited, the food quality remains consistent. They also serve delightful beverages like the Cinnamon Bun latte. While customization isn’t available for delivery, pickup is quick and reliable. Despite minor drawbacks, it's a great spot for tasty bagels and sandwiches, and a DC staple.
