Glad I found this place! I was hungry and wanted something I can grab and go. Capital City Sweetz had many great options for lunch. After reading the menu I order a shrimp salad in a taco shell and cake pops, chocolate covered Oreos and pretzel sticks. The sweets were for Valentines Day. Leon was awesome, friendly and professional. Definitely will be back soon.

Its a black owned business ?? The owner was very respectable and knowledgeable about the community and the store. As well as the products he sell. I order a few things today for my students and coworkers. I must say everything we order was outstanding??❣ I will be back again❣

While out running errands, I stopped by Capital City Creamery to get some ice cream. I couldn't resist. I mean who doesn't love ice cream?! I also loved that I was supporting a black owned/small business especially considering we are in a global pandemic. Mr. Leon, the owner, was very welcoming and kind. He let me (indecisive Kish) sample some of the flavors and let me tell you, they're all super delicious! I'm usually a cookies and cream gal but I think I have a new favorite...read full review
