Chipotle Mexican Grill has mixed reviews regarding its service and availability of menu items. Some customers have reported that employees can appear unhappy and unprofessional, using inappropriate language and dressing casually. There have been instances where advertised dishes were not available. However, the food is generally described as tasty and not causing any illness. The atmosphere is just okay for some customers, but it does not feel welcoming to all. The service quality seems to depend on the specific staff members serving the customers.
