I've had a few dosas here and there and also when we were in South India but this is hands down the best dosa ever. We got the Masala Potato Uttapam and the Mung lentil dosa with the eggplant and sweet potatoes. We tried all 4 chutneys and were blown away by the flavors and freshness. The major disappointment is everytime they run out of dosas before their closing time even though the line of customers isn't high.. 3 times it has happened since it opened back in September. You know the temperatures are favourable ppl will visit this outdoor setup during evenings yet we are not prepared ever for the demand.. The management is poor they need to manage it well to sustain in this scenario
