This place is just ok. Not what it used to be. I got the browniewhich.

He gave me a cold hard brownie with ice cream in the middle of it. What happened to warm brownies?

Not to mention online it says he closes at 6 on Sunday. I saw 3 people walk over there at 7:20 pm. Hours aren’t correct.

After seeing a video about how amazing this place was I took my niece, a friend, & her daughter. I should have asked for pricing before I ordered because somehow two things (a mango smoothie & pound cake w/ice cream) ended up being $30! But what really baffled me was my niece went first placed her order & paid. He then motioned my friends kid to order, she does then walks off and I order mine. He points to my friends kid and asks if she wants mint or regular. Confused I look at him not knowing what anybody ordered. He said it comes on top of what she ordered. I holler over at her and she says mint. I pay, no receipt or anything to denote what was ordered or what the price was. When the order comes out he hands me a mint Oreo milkshake. My niece had ordered a regular Oreo milkshake. When I let him know he just shrugged and closed the door on us. So my 11 yo niece used her own money, got the wrong order and he didn’t apologize or anything. Will not be going back nor will I rec it to anybody. Yeah, it’s cute, but that’s it.

Spotted Goodies Frozen Custard while visiting Alexandria in April. The nostalgic vibe and retro charm totally caught our eye. It was closed that day, but we made a note to come back on our next trip in June… and we’re so glad we did.

We tried the Boogie Woogie (as seen on Food Network) and it did not disappoint. Creamy Wisconsin-style vanilla bean custard topped with buttered pecans, chocolate, and caramel. So good! Next time, we’re eyeing the shakes or one of the daily specials. Everything looked amazing!

A few tips before you go:
• It’s cash only
• They’re open Thursday through Sunday
• Hours are 12 to 6, or until they sell out

We even introduced our local family to it and they’re hooked now too. Great spot, great staff, and absolutely worth the wait.

Best Custard and treat ever, complimented by the best customer service ever. Brain is the bestest. A weekly treat that is needed.

I was attending a Father's Day event and the Goodie’s owner was there serving his different products. It was the best frozen custard I have ever had. It did not have eggy or heavy dairy fat taste that coats your tongue. It was raining hard at the event, so the Owner hung around to wait the rain out and he was explaining how he started and some background about himself. He told me the business only accepts cash and he seemed to appreciate it when I knew it was because of the high transaction fee charged by card company. Whenever I come back to the area I will make it a point to visit his store. I said I was going to give a review and I gave him my word I would. The man has great products and much continued success to him.

Stopped here for a little birthday treat and I’m pleasantly surprised. Delicious custards and floats and a great environment! We even got to see a live band while enjoying some custard. Will definitely come back again.

So disappointed, waited over 20 minutes in line before the rain came down to find out they were only accepting CASH ONLY.

I stumble across this adorable and delicious ice cream shop on what we consider a warm day in December because it’s actually in the 50s and not in the 20s as it has been. Fantastic customer service, great menu— just be sure to bring cash or Zelle your payment. I will definitely be back. From one fellow, Brooklyn born Girl to the Brooklyn born owner, see you soon!

The best custard I’ve ever had! It’s so creamy and delicious, every bite is pure perfection. This place brought back my childhood memories, making me feel nostalgic with every taste. Highly recommend it!

My mother & I really enjoy the ice cream!
On November 3rd we had the bread pudding with ice cream dish & we thought it was the best bread pudding we had ever tasted - we didn’t get enough ice cream for all that luscious bread pudding, but it was a tasty experience!
However Sunday December 8th, we were disappointed with our repeat experience- smaller bread pudding dish portions to start then 1 had a smaller crumbly piece of pudding with more ice cream & other had a good portion of pudding with less ice cream!
Please figure it out, consistency is key🍨

Great Custard, really great custard and treats. The hours are odd however (not open in the evening, which prevents the after dinner custard walks) and they only accept cash (so be prepared before going).
