I went on a busy day and i waited 20 minutes for a mcflurry. There was one worker who was facetiming someone as she worked. It was super unprofessional and the place was incredibly crowded sooo

It's McDonald's... Nothing about it is quality. It is the standard for mediocrity and when you need something quick. Or, if you're a certain age remember things differently.

This place has great customer service and is kept clean all around. The food is the same as any other McDonalds, so it's your opinion that matters on food. Other than that, it's a great restaurant.
