Mélange

During class, a student mentioned burgers and I got this uncontrollable craving and decided to stop by Mélange.I ordered the Double Decker with a side of Sea Salt French Fries to go.The order took around 10 minutes to prepare and cost $24.20 after tax.The burger and fries were delicious and I crushed it in about 15 minutes as soon as I got back to my apartment.I wish I would have gotten a milkshake or tried their ice cream but I'm probably going to be a repeat customer since...read full review

I've only had one sandwich on the menu because it's so good that I can't stray away from it. I've had the Melange Hot Hot Chicken Sandwich three times now and it is amazing, one of my favorite chicken sandwiches ever. The seasoning and flavor profile is so unique, and it's large and crispy and the sauce pairs well with it.The berbere fries are also excellent, unique, and flavorful. Cannot recommend this place enough. One day I'll try the burgers too...

The burgers here are top-notch. The jams are on point. I ordered to go and they forgot a burger, but after contacting them the management immediately made it right by refunding the burger and providing credit. Good stuff. Will definitely be going here next time I crave a burger, as Five Guys prices have basically caught up to these nicer burger joints. Why get standard American burgers when you could get interesting and delicious Ethiopian inspired burgers?
