Food is ok. After a long night out, it'd do its part. The customer service however is horrific. No matter where you are from or who you are talking to - it should never be the way it is here. They'll blatantly lie - they hang up on you if your to go order is too long (attempted to order 3 dishes lol) - and even when in the restaurant, it's just a big ol mess. My sis and I were walking around metro center and Chinatown, and we were so hungry. We chose this restaurant and were not very happy with our choice. The service was good, but the food was one of the worst we've had in awhile. We ordered Jelly fish, veg potstickers, pork potstickers, and cold noodles. I've been coming to this spot for years. I love it. The food is always so good. I went with a bunch of friends and we just sharted each others food. I had the garlic chicken n broccoli with white rice and asked for it to be extra spicy. Food comes out fast but fresh.
