The food was decent. It is awesome that they went deeper than usual into Mexican food so that they offered pozole and sopesitos as well as tacos and quesadillas. Yum. My daughter is vegan and I am vegetarian, so having those options was also really cool. The jamaica (hibiscus) agua fresca was delicious as was the flan my mom and I shared after dinner. The food was good quality, and on par with Mexican restaurants in the district. For some reason, restaurants in the DMV always make a good branzino, and Muchas Gracias is no exception. Although I didn’t try the tres leches, it looked absolutely amazing. The hole in the wall, narrow cantina atmosphere was really cool, and created a really interesting place to eat a meal.
