The rooms are well-maintained, with powerful showers and immaculate conditions. The catering service is exceptional, providing delicious meals and accommodating special dietary needs. The hotel staff is friendly and kind, from the concierge to the bartenders. The lobby is spacious and clean, and although the outdoor pool was closed during the reviewer's stay, it looked inviting. One minor issue mentioned was the concierge canceling an Uber ride in favor of a cab, which ended up costing more. Overall, No 10 Thomas is a welcoming and comfortable place to stay with excellent service.
