The food is good but the service is awful. I’ve been here at different times and the service has been consistently slow and just unpleasant. I’ve had maybe 5 pleasant experiences here in total and I’ve been here many times. I’ve gone there around 10:30am and around half the items were not ready. At 6pm i placed a pick uo order for 730pm order wasn’t completed until 8pm.
One of the servers, Arki, was not shy. He was happy to use his sign language skills to take our order. He even wished me a Happy Mother's Day! That is true customer service!
