Decent sandwich shop. Meat is precut, but the avacados are fresh.

❤️the smokey ham and Swiss! I added tomatoes and avocados. I did not like vanilla milkshake. It was too watery. The staff was great.

I showed up last night at about 4:35 which I thought was plenty of time before close at 5 (which is an odd closing time) but the service ended up taking almost 25 minutes. There was one person in front of me but only 1 worker helping customers which is why it took so long. That one worker was super nice and apologized multiple times, he seemed newer but still did a really good job by himself. He deserves a raise. The other woman employee spent 15 minutes in the bathroom, once out, going straight to the back and not helping me despite the male employee helping the other customer at the cash register. I understand that you are about to close, maybe things need cleaned, but every place I've ever worked at the customer always comes first, no matter if they come in 1 minute before close. Either the management needs to have more staff members to close or to find a better 2 employees who can competently close the store and care for customers.

Good. But expensive. Workers need to be a bit friendlier. But it's open late and food is good.

I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and asked to replace the chicken with another topping I was told that the only option was to replace them with mushrooms and that other toppings would be extra so I went with the mushrooms. However when paying for the sandwich they charged me extra to replace the mushrooms. When I brought it to their attention they explained that adding the mushrooms was extra even if it replaced the chicken. They also refused to give me the chicken on the side after. Their stingy customer service and subpar sandwich is not worth the elevated price. Don’t go here.

Chain restaurant, low grade food products and staff are not properly trained. We were missing the avocado on our sandwich and the family ahead of us had to ask repeatedly for the applesauce and cookies.

Food was good sandwich was messy but that's cause they just put a lot of meat on which I appreciated. Service from the cashier sucked. Asked us what food we had and we told her then put our card in to pay and she got an attitude and yelled at us saying we didn't add our sandwich to the order. So you're going to yell at us for not doing your job? Seems logical. They were busy so I understand tryna keep things rolling and such but that doesn't give you an excuse to cop an attitude when you mess up. Only reason my stars are so high was cause I was hungry and the food was good.

They do not provide complimentary water with their food.

The sandwich was good. That's it. They don't offer glasses of water per policy. They don't sell bottles of water. The tables were really dirty and sticky. The place seemed dirty all around. No bathrooms.

Today I stop by the downtown DC location and the dining room smells like some sulfur substance. I stand in line to order during my short lunch break and the lousy so called costumer service employee stares at me. As I make eye contact and wait for him to greet me, he decides to address the woman behind me in line who appears to be the same race as he is, I throw my hands up and ask what about me, and he looks at me and rolls his eyes as if I'm wrong. Love the sandwhiches, but your company has lost a customer indefinitely. You should really train employees on customer service !
