Food was average, and took a very long time!
Everything was tasteless. Veal was coated in uncooked flour. Nothing was hot, it was lukewarm at best. Clams casino I think they forgot to add clam. Three shrimp and a bowl of spaghetti was 32.00. It's no wonder there were only 4 tables out of about 20 that had diners. Go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
This restaurant transcends Washington. It was recommended by dear friends in California. Great customer service, delicious authentic Italian food. The owner is an iconic figure and La Perla is an institution in this great Washington DC. Bravo 👏
