Stop importing service workers if they don’t understand what good customer service is. Beer on tap kicked, so I asked if they were going to change it and his answer was “it’s too far away, pick something else.” While I understand his shortness was just his broken English, the laziness needs no translator. For a hotel restaurant of this caliber, quite an amazing meal. Ate here twice during my stay and was impressed by the freshness and portions.
