Rosa Mexicano

If you go in expecting high-end Mexican food you will love it. If you go in expecting traditional American style Tex-Mex sized dishes you will be disappointed. The sizes are good, but not what Americans have come to expect from other Mexican restaurants. This restaurant is more of a chef's take on Mexican cuisine, and that is a refreshing take. The wait staff was very friendly and attentative, and the table-side guac was really good.

Gathered here with a bunch of my coworkers for a private lunch last year, pre-covid.
