After sharing private feedback regarding our experience, I was genuinely impressed by the immediate and thoughtful response from management. Their attention to my celiac disease was exceptional throughout the evening, and the birthday touches were lovely. While the porterhouse did not initially meet expectations due to timing and cook, it was still delicious, and the way management handled the situation demonstrated a true commitment to guest experience.
Was beyond expectations-was my birthday and they exceeded the great service they had provided at previous visits!
Food quality was very good overall—well prepared and flavorful across the menu. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. Our various servers largely came across as cold and unhappy in demeanor, which detracted from what otherwise should have been a top-tier dining experience. With warmer, more attentive service, this would have been an excellent visit.
