Took my kids to the Tidal Basin, and we decided to make it very special by having late lunch at this cute restaurant. The food is tasty, the service is great [our waiter Josean was amazing!] and thw charm of a cozy restaurant was thw cherry on top!
We had an awesome experience at Tortino. The food is delicious! We had 2 differnt ravioli dishes. Kimberlin provided excellent service. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back. Thank you for an excellent dinner.
