I've been to West Wing Cafe 7 or 8 times for lunch, and I always get a sandwich. The paninis are probably the way to go. The owner is very polite and friendly, the cook is awesome, and I love their selection of kettle cooked chips and soft drinks. The only reason I won't give this 5 stars is because some of the sandwich offerings are a little odd - like pairing coleslaw with a certain kind of sauce, or combining certain cheeses and veggies that don't quite blend well together....read full review
I used to work right across the street and would go here almost every weekday for lunch. Their yaki soba is DELICIOUS - I always got it with salmon and spicy mayo on top. The employees/management here is so kind too. One of my favorite places in DC!

I had the honeydew bubble tea and it was the best I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, the service was efficient, and the price was fair. If you are in West End, I would definitely recommend stopping in
