“I ordered a bingsu, it was my first time ordering one and I didn't know what all it came with and a sweet lady, the owner I believe, asked me if I wanted toppings or plain. I said no but I think she could tell I was confused/nervous and she went out of her way to add a variety of toppings for me free of charge so in the future I know what I'd like and come back to order again. Her kindness and thoughtfulness will be the reason why I'll come back every year and will be ordering every topping again!“
