We usually sit at the bar with a lot other locals where Todor and Vic always provide us with great service and drinks. Last night I had the lamb chops which were perfect and my wife fell back to her favorite, the squid appetizer as her dinner. Never a disappointment! I hesitate to tell how good this place is because I don't want to ruin it for us regulars. Stay away!“
“We've been to One Coastal numerous times, and we have always had an outstanding experience. Amazing leek and potato soup, incredible catfish fried in cornmeal, and a tasty bavette steak with trumpet mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and a delicious Bordelei sauce. “Sometimes there are going to be hiccups in providing a great dining experience. We had one of these last night while dining at the Hobbit. Why a 5 star review then? The Hobbit provides an great view and wonderful atmosphere for a higher end dining experience. Luke was a fantastic waiter! Extremely attentive, engaging, and personable. The menu had some outstanding options and provided to be tasty. We ran into an issue with one of the dishes. The owner was highly engaged in resolving the situation and went beyond what we were expecting to demonstrate their commitment to providing a quality dining experience. I'll definitely be returning in the future based upon the overall normal experience that we likely would have had 999 out of 1000 times and how the Hobbit rose to the occasion on that 1 time when things did not go as expected.“
“Fast Eddies is awesome, great food, great service, and the staff Eddie, Frank, Josh, and Barry made us feel at home. We came back to OC, Maryland for our 10th Anniversary and they welcomed us with a few free beers and a couple of Fast Eddies T-Shirts. “My wife, daughter, and I stopped by here for a dinner on our way from Philadelphia to Ocean City, MD, on a Saturday evening in December 2023. Although given the restaurant’s excellent reviews one would expect the place to be crowded on a Saturday evening, we were the only patrons at the restaurant that evening. This may have been because we were there on the 23rd of December, and the restaurant was closing down after that evening’s dinner. The experience of being the only three folks seated at the restaurant was a bit surreal, but it did make sense given the time of the year, and then later on we saw that almost as soon as we left the building, the staff brought the wreaths inside and started shutting the place down.Coming to the food, which is what one cares about the most at a restaurant, I had been following the restaurant’s Facebook page for a few days prior to our visit and was getting excited at seeing some of the specials that were being listed. During our visit, we ordered an appetizer from those specials – a beet salad with pan fried goat cheese, as well as an entrée – red wine and rosemary braised leg of lamb. The other entrée we got was from their regular menu – shrimp and grits – and finally for our daughter, we got the chicken tenders. The lamb was rich and flavorful and what shocked us was the price tag for that item at $22. I doubt I have ever seen a place, including food trucks not to mention sit-down places, offer that quantity of lamb for $22. For my wife for whom lamb is her favorite meat, this entrée proved to be an excellent choice. The shrimp and grits I had were nice as well, although a tad under salted. It came with a side of fresh veggies that were nicely done and flavorful. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders as well. The portion sizes were huge, and the chicken tenders had more fries than I ever recall seeing accompanying a kids’ meal!! Prices were reasonable enough that even with all of this food, plus a drink, and a fairly generous tip, the total came to $98.While the ambience of the place isn’t much to write home about, situated as it is in a generic nondescript shopping mall, we would happily come back to this place if we were in Ocean City again, attracted especially by their wonderful specials and great value-for-money.Parking: The restaurant is located in a nondescript shopping mall so parking is not hard to come by.“
“It's always a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Baywood. The service is efficient and friendly. The food rarely disappoints but the menu options don't change very often. The portions are large enough to split or take home half. We like to sit outside because the view is so pleasant. The side curtains come down if it rains and the ceiling fans are on in warm weather. Bar service is excellent.“

The food is everything you would want it to be. The drinks from the bar were excellent. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. This was a company function so unfortunately I can not comment on the price other than drinks which were very reasonable.“
